My lost best friend......

It was early in the morning,
I boarded the bus,
There were just a few people in it.
On one corner there was an old lady,
With a big rugged bag.
On another was a young couple lost in themselves.
There was a man who was fast a sleep.
But my attention was attracted by two kids,
They were busy playing with each other.
Seeing them a slight smile appeared on the side of my lips.
And i traveled back to my childhood.
Infact my mind was attracted to the thought of that friend of mine.
I still remember ,even we would have fun like this.
We were so close to our hearts,
That people were jealous of our friendship.
I remember those time when any of us would get angry,
The other would say sorry,and do silly stuffs to make the other laugh.
We used to call each other by different names,
Days used to pass on and our friendship grew deeper,
And we proclaimed to be best of friends.
But suddenly something happened,
And we moved away from each other.
She got new friends, even i had a few.
But my friendship for her still remained.
Deep in my heart i knew she was there,
But somehow that same communication was not there.
Now we are grown,
Both busy with our own world,
But still the emptiness is felt.
Suddenly i felt someone was calling me,
I looked up and saw one pf the kids standing.
She asked me," Why do you have tears in your eyes?"
I could not answer anything but just could stare...........

It was a dark night,
The only source of light were the twinkling stars.
The darkness of the night was frightening me,
I wanted you to hold my hand
But we were walking as two individuals,
It reminded me of those days when we used to walk hand in hand,
But now i felt we were miles apart.
I knew you wanted to go,
But was not ready to face the fact,
That i had to let you go.
I wanted to fight with God,that why this has to be so,
But you wanted to be free
And how could i bind you in the shackles,
I knew you still loved me, but you just wanted to be free..
We were walking and suddenly you were ahead,
I saw you but did not try to pace up with you,
Cause i knew this was my truth,
I would have to walk alone.
You looked back for once,
Saw me lagging behind you stopped.
I don't know that was out of concern or your love,
But, I for once in that dark night felt nice.
Then we were again walking together as two unknown.
I wanted to break the silence,
But did not know what to say.
Thinking of that I tumbled against a stone,
And to my greatest surprise your arms were there for my support.
Before i fell, u hurried to hold..
But again that same silence prevailed.
It was too much for me,
And breaking the silence I said,
"I LOVE YOU........."
You looked at me and i was amazed,
There were tears in your eyes as of mine.
And that very moment,
You took me in your arms and said,
"I can never think of leaving you again......."

LONELINESS...

I am all alone, all to myself,

I sit at the corner of the bed.

And think about the promises that were made,

Made to be broken.

I think of those late night talks,

And those words of love,

Which were all fake.

Now you have left me,

And i am all alone, all to myself.

Forgetting you is not my cup of tea,

But you have sipped yours.

I remember about speaking of death,
